我国物业管理的现状是:小区业主委员会的发展速度与规范化程度远远落后于物业公司,直接影响物业管理活动的法制化、规范化的进程。建立健全业主大会、业主委员会是物业管理中亟待解决的问题。
The status quo of property management in our country is that the development speed and standardization of community owners committees lag far behind property companies and directly affect the legalization and standardization of property management activities. Establish and improve the owners conference, the owners committee is the property management problems to be solved.
