水溶性有机锡卟啉酯的合成及其体外抗肿瘤活性

合成并用1H NMR,元素分析,IR,UV-vis和电喷雾质谱法(ESMS)表征了以 5-羧基甲氧苯基-10,15,20-三吡啶基卟啉为母体的二丁基锡(Ⅳ)卟啉酯化合物.在氯仿中以过量的碘甲烷处理,得到水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉酯化合物.体外抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明非水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉化合物对P388 小鼠白血病、A-549人肺腺癌细胞几乎没有抑制能力,而水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉化合物对两种癌细胞都有很好的抑制能力.
