合成并用１Ｈ ＮＭＲ，元素分析，ＩＲ，ＵＶ－vis和电喷雾质谱法（ＥＳＭＳ）表征了以 ５－羧基甲氧苯基－１０，１５，２０－三吡啶基卟啉为母体的二丁基锡（Ⅳ）卟啉酯化合物．在氯仿中以过量的碘甲烷处理，得到水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉酯化合物．体外抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明非水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉化合物对Ｐ３８８ 小鼠白血病、Ａ－５４９人肺腺癌细胞几乎没有抑制能力，而水溶性的二丁基锡卟啉化合物对两种癌细胞都有很好的抑制能力．
