本文通过田间试验研究了不同NPK配比对大白菜产量及硝酸盐累积的影响。结果表明:综合产量和食品安全性两项指标来看,以N360P90K180配比效果较好;植株硝酸盐累积量随氮肥水平的提高而增加,磷肥对硝酸盐累积无明显的影响,钾肥明显降低植株硝酸盐的含量;团棵期(播种后约30天)和包心初期(播种后约50天)是大白菜施肥的两个关键期。
In this paper, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different ratios of NPK on the yield and nitrate accumulation of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the yield of N360P90K180 was better than that of N360P90K180. The accumulation of nitrate in plants increased with the increase of nitrogenous fertilizer level. There was no obvious effect of phosphate fertilizer on nitrate accumulation, Nitrate content; boll stage (about 30 days after sowing) and initial stage of seedling (about 50 days after sowing) are the two key stages of Chinese cabbage fertilization.
