目的:探讨微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的标记物CD105(endoglin)和金属基质蛋白酶2(matrixmet-alloproteinase-2,MMP-2)与腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)临床病理参数及预后的相关性。方法:免疫组织化学SP法分别测定ACC41例、涎腺良性病变27例、正常涎腺组织块23例中CD105和MMP-2表达值,并结合ACC相关临床、病理因素和术后生存状况,分析二者表达的临床意义。结果:正常涎腺组织中无MVD和MMP-2的阳性表达。ACC组MVD和MMP-2的表达明显高于涎腺良性病变组(P=0.027);CD105标记的MVD值与TNM分期和组织学分型相关,MMP-2仅与TNM分期相关;Cox回归显示CD105标记的MVD可作为ACC的独立预后因素,MMP-2未得出同样结论;CD105标记的MVD高/低表达组复发率有明显差异;MVD和MMP-2表达呈正相关。结论:CD105与ACC复发转移密切相关,可望作为ACC有价值的预后指标。MMP-2表达和ACC的局部侵袭相关,但根据本研究还不能认为其是独立预后因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinicopathological parameters of microvessel density (MVD) marker CD105 (endoglin) and matrixmetalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) And prognosis. Methods: The expressions of CD105 and MMP-2 in 41 cases of ACC, 27 cases of benign salivary gland disease and 23 cases of normal salivary gland tissue were determined by immunohistochemical SP method. Combined with clinical, pathological factors and postoperative survival status of ACC, The clinical significance of both expression. Results: There was no positive expression of MVD and MMP-2 in normal salivary gland tissues. The expression of MVD and MMP-2 in ACC group was significantly higher than that in benign salivary gland lesions (P = 0.027). The MVD value of CD105 was correlated with TNM staging and histological type. MMP-2 was only associated with TNM staging. Cox regression showed that CD105 Marked MVD can be used as an independent prognostic factor for ACC, MMP-2 did not reach the same conclusion; CD105 marked MVD high / low recurrence rate was significantly different; MVD and MMP-2 was positively correlated. Conclusion: CD105 is closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of ACC, which is expected to be a valuable prognostic indicator of ACC. MMP-2 expression is associated with local invasion of ACC, but it can not be considered an independent prognostic factor in this study.
