目的:探讨β-纤维蛋白原基因-455G/A多态性与中青年脑梗死的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RFLP)对78例脑梗死患者和62名健康对照人群进行β-纤维蛋白原基因-455G/A多态性分析。结果:在脑梗死组GG基因型、GA基因型和AA基因型者分别为0.67、0.29和0.04。对照组依次分别为0.72、0.25和0.03。脑梗死组和对照组两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A等位基因频率在患者组和对照组分别为0.19和0.15,经统计学分析两组间比较,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本研究表明山西地区汉族人群中,β-纤维蛋白原基因-455G/A多态性与脑梗死无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between -455G / A polymorphism of β-fibrinogen gene and cerebral infarction in middle-aged and young adults. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to analyze the polymorphism of β-fibrinogen gene -455G / A in 78 patients with cerebral infarction and 62 healthy controls. Results: The GG genotype, GA genotype and AA genotype in cerebral infarction group were 0.67,0.29 and 0.04, respectively. The control group followed by 0.72, 0.25 and 0.03 respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in cerebral infarction group and control group (P> 0.05). The frequency of allele A in patients and controls were 0.19 and 0.15, respectively. There was also no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P> 0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that there is no correlation between the -455G / A polymorphism of β-fibrinogen gene and cerebral infarction in Shanxi Han population.
