目的：了解精神病人暴力攻击行为发生的原因、攻击的方式及攻击的对象。方法：对我院2004年1月-2005年12月期间住院的精神科住院病人的暴力攻击行为进行回顾性的调查,调查资料来

目的：了解精神病人暴力攻击行为发生的原因、攻击的方式及攻击的对象。方法：对我院2004年1月-2005年12月期间住院的精神科住院病人的暴力攻击行为进行回顾性的调查,调查资料来源于2004年-2005年本院的护理记录、护理交班报告和院内工伤记录。结果：精神病人的暴力危险常发生于年龄较轻,急性期发病的病人中,且在入院之初发生较多,并多有暴力史。结论：精神病人的暴力攻击行为不容忽视,应加强医护人员的防范意识,维护自身安全的同时保证病人的安全。
