前庭性眼震慢相起源于前庭末梢感受器,快相则由中枢神经系统多层面产生。快速眼动有随意扫视与反射眼震快相两类。作者用RM6100多导记录仪与IBM-PC/XT型微机联抗,对20名正常人进行不同幅度随意扫视测验,观察各幅度的峰速、潜伏期、持续时间之参数,并与同等幅度反射眼震快相峰速比较,结果为①随意扫视时,眼速是时间的函数:眼速随时间变化,扫视开始时,眼球呈加速度运动,约占总时程之1/3达最高峰速,为了准确达到终点,后2/3时程限速逐渐下降,越接近终点眼速越慢,故眼球运动呈弹道模式衰减。②扫视幅度与持续时间之关系:测试6名正常人,扫视幅度与持续时间用
Vestibular nystagmus slow phase originated in the vestibular peripheral receptors, fast phase by the central nervous system multi-level produce.
