建鲤是中国水产科学院淡水渔业研究中心精心培育的新品种，它具有生长速度快 (比其它鲤鱼品种快 30％ )，易驯化、体型好、肉质好等优点，采用全价优质颗粒饲料，经科学喂养，严格控制水质，综合防治鱼病等管理措施， 80天亩净产商品鱼 1000公斤以上，饲料系数为 1.3～ 1.6。
Jian carp is a new breed carefully cultivated by Freshwater Fisheries Research Center of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences. It has the advantages of fast growing speed (30% faster than other common carp varieties), easy acclimation, good body shape and good quality meat. Scientific feeding, strict control of water quality, comprehensive prevention and control of fish diseases and other management measures, 80 days of net production of fish more than 1000 kg, feed factor of 1.3 to 1.6.
