作为社会关注的热点和影响社会稳定的重要因素,大学毕业生就业难已成为我国当前和今后较长时间内存在的问题。为了适应新的就业形势需要,有必要加强对求职人员的求职技巧训练与指导。求职者在具有良好的思想品德素质,科学文化素质,身体素质,心理素质等综合素质的前提下,更要掌握求职择业的一些必要的方法与技巧,这样才能达到事半功倍的效果。求职者应该根据自己的实际情况和用人单位的要求,掌握求职技巧,充分做好信息准备,心理准备,资料准备,面对现实迎接挑战,积极地实现自己的求职愿望。
