有关全身振动对脑血流(CBF)状态影响的研究甚少。本文对接触全身振动的农用拖拉机驾驶员CBF状态进行了调查研究,现报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 某市郊驾驶农用拖拉机1年以上的男性驾驶员408人,平均年龄为30.1±6.0岁(18~49岁)。其中驾驶方向盘式小型拖拉机(盘拖)156人,手扶拖拉机(手拖)159人,大型拖拉机(大拖)93人。对照组选用当地无接振史或接振忽略不计的健康男性106人,平均年龄32.3±7.7岁(18~49岁)。
Little is known about the effects of whole body vibration on cerebral blood flow (CBF) status. In this paper, the status of CBF of agricultural tractor drivers exposed to whole body vibration was investigated and reported as follows. 1 objects and methods 1.1 object a rural driving agricultural tractors more than 1 year male driver 408 people, the average age of 30.1 ± 6.0 years (18 to 49 years old). Among them, 156 were steering wheel type small tractors (plate tractor), 159 were tractor tractors (hand tractors) and 93 were large tractors (large tractors). In the control group, there were 106 healthy males with no history of local vibration or negligible vibration, with an average age of 32.3 ± 7.7 years (18-49 years).
