关系营销是市场经济高度发达的生产方式,也是消费观念的客观要求,关系营销范围应包括与企业联系的各个关系方的全部,大体包括血缘、业缘、地缘、文化习俗缘和偶发性缘五个方面,有基础、反应、责任、事前行动和伙伴关系五个层次。笔者认为关系营销在中国的社会主义市场经济中非常适应,它可以使企业在市场竞争中很快取得成功。
