针对加工与安装两种状态有位置变化的三个过定位圆柱销孔的加工问题,提出了在没有安装复原的状态下对其进行加工的方法。该方法通过分析和建立变形量恢复补偿的数学模型,应用FANUC数控系统宏程序中的控制指令、数学运算等功能,实现对其加工。
Aiming at the processing problems of three over-positioned cylindrical pin holes with two positions changing in machining and installation status, a method of machining without resetting is proposed. By analyzing and establishing the mathematical model of compensation for the deformation, this method can realize the machining by using the functions of control commands and mathematical operations in the macro program of FANUC numerical control system.
