管幕法是利用微型顶管技术在所建的地下建筑物四周顶入钢管,钢管之间由锁扣连接,注入防水材料,形成水密的地下空间;然后在管幕保护下,对管幕内土体加固处理,边开挖边支撑,直至管幕段贯通,再浇筑结构体[1]。管幕法施工对地表沉降的要求较高,为了提高顶进的精度和效率,设计了一种专用设备。根据其工作环境论述了步进式1 m顶管的工作原理和关键部件,并利用Solidworks的Cosmos simulation有限元分析模块对其可靠性进行分析与计算。结果表明设计的1 m顶管能够满足实际应用工况的需求。

The reliability of the 1m pipe jacking pipe is analyzed and calculated by using Solidworks Cosmos simulation finite element analysis module. The results show that the design of the 1 m pipe jacking to meet the needs of the actual application conditions.
