山东新汶矿业集团良庄煤矿,一个建成投产45年的老矿井,在年近半百时又焕发了青春,且隐隐让人看到他们将拥有更加美好的未来。一切令人那样置信,一切来得又是那样简单,是什么原因使矿井有如此的生机和活力?是“学习”,是“学习型企业”的创建,成为他们保持青春的“灵丹”,成为他们链接未来的通道。本刊将分三期连载,介绍良庄煤矿创建学习型企业的历程,以期能对煤炭企业有启示作用。
