1.光长对花生植株生长发育的影响是多方而的。处在10—12小时短日照下的植株,其荚果数、荚果重均较处在16—24小时长日照下的植株为多,而其茎部伸长速度、茎叶重量则下降,经济产量/生物学产量的比值提高。2.短日照促进发育的作用表现在荚果形态发生的速度加快,也表现在结荚前期中荚果(鲍果)数量增加的迅速。因而结荚过程的动态受着光长的影响发生明显的变化。3.在短日照的条件下,第二次分枝及第Ⅴ—Ⅵ侧枝上的双果果序及三果果序增加,鲍果此例提高。因而“结荚构型”也随着不同光长的影响而发生变化.4.荚果内的生长素含量及过氧化氢酶活性增强的时期与荚果开始迅速发育的时期相一致(卽子房入土6—9天),其后随着荚果发育的逐渐缓慢,酶活性与生长素含量也下降。短日照的作用在于促进荚果发育初期的生理活性。
