用三种工艺提取鼠尾藻多糖,获得 ST_1、ST_2和 ST_3三个样品。提取物每日445mg/kg5%浓度,连续十天腹腔注射对小鼠肉瘤 S180均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为34.55%、55%和50%,其中 ST_2及 ST_3抑瘤效果均见显著(P<0.05及 P<0.01).提取物 ST_3对荷瘤小鼠血浆巯基水平有明显作用,连续10天腹腔注射提取物 ST_3,能使血浆内 SH 基含量降低29.59%—35.45%(P<0.01)。提取物 ST_1和 ST_3对荷瘤小鼠血浆A/G 比值有显著作用,提高了血浆内球蛋白浓度,用药组 A/G 比值较对照组低22—26%.提取物 ST_1对荷瘤小鼠压积红细胞超氧化物歧化酶有一定影响,用药组 SOD 较对照组低30%.
Three kinds of techniques were used to extract polysaccharide from Sargassum, and three samples of ST_1, ST_2 and ST_3 were obtained. Extracts daily 445mg/kg 5% concentration, continuous intraperitoneal injection of ten consecutive days have inhibitory effects on mouse sarcoma S180, inhibition rates were 34.55%, 55% and 50%, of which ST_2 and ST_3 tumor inhibitory effects are significant (P <0.05 and P<0.01). Extract ST_3 had a significant effect on plasma sulfhydryl levels in tumor-bearing mice. Intraperitoneal injection of ST_3 for 10 consecutive days could reduce plasma SH-group levels by 29.59% to 35.45% (P<0.01). . The extracts ST_1 and ST_3 had a significant effect on the plasma A/G ratio of tumor-bearing mice, which increased the plasma globulin concentration, and the A/G ratio in the drug group was 22-26% lower than that in the control group. The extract ST_1 was in the tumor-bearing mice. The erythrocyte superoxide dismutase had a certain effect, SOD in the medication group was 30% lower than that in the control group.
