长三角中小家族企业成功实现代际传承,不仅对企业本身具有重大意义,而且也是当前分析研究家族企业管理及其可持续发展所面临的一个极具挑战性的理论问题。已经成功实施传承的家族企业主要选择直接传给家族继承人的方式,面临传承的家族企业主要关注传承对所有权和管理权的控制,并关注对传承规划和传承过程的预期和评估。在选择继承方式考虑的因素方面,企业规模越大,考虑的因素越多。
The successful realization of intergenerational inheritance by small and medium-sized family-owned enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta is not only of great significance to the enterprise itself, but also a challenging theoretical issue facing the current analysis and study of family business management and its sustainable development.
