为了研究大鼠腎脏的代偿机能,我们作了大鼠腎小球滤过率、腎有效血浆流量及腎小管最大排泌率測定方法的研究。此三者的測定法在原則上可分为两类:一、根据清除期間某指标物质的腎脏排洩量和該清除期內血浆指标物质浓度的代表值,算出該物质的清除率或排泌率。菊淀粉、甘露醇、硫代硫酸盐及肌酐清除率在不同程度上可作为腎小球滤过率的指标;对氨基馬尿酸及碘銳特清除率在特定条件下可反映腎有效血浆流量;对氨基馬尿酸及碘銳特最大排泌率可代表具有排洩能力的腎小管量。在測定上述指标时,要求血浆中的指标物质浓度在清除期间有一个比較稳定的水
