军队干部转业到地方工作,是一次特殊的职业转换,着眼转业干部职业转换的特殊性和第一岗位需要,正确分析教育培训需求,科学合理地实施培训,对于帮助军转干部从思想上、能力上和心理上适应新环境新任务,提高其转岗任职能力具有重要意义。日前,重庆市警备区在2011年重庆市接收的计划分配转业干部中采取集中座谈、个别交流、问卷调查等方式,对转业干部教育培训需求进行了调研,共发放问卷400份,收回有效问卷356份,调查范围基本覆盖了不同年龄、不同职务、不同军兵种和不同岗位的转业干部。
