WR250作为冷再生机,能够铣刨和破碎深达25cm的旧沥青混凝土路面,加入精确计量的粘结剂、水与路面材料拌合,可用于各种沥青路面的再生,且所有步骤一次性完成。采用传统工艺对公路进行养护,需先将旧路面铣刨再重新加铺沥青混凝土。这种路面养护工艺不仅消耗了大量材料,浪费了大量能源,同时对生态环境造成了一些不良影响。而将废旧路面采取材料再生循环应用于道理建设与养护,可以避免废弃材料对土地的占用和对环境的污染,减少对石材、沥青、水泥等材料的消耗,并可降低筑路成本。
The WR250, a cold regenerator, is capable of milling and crushing old asphalt concrete pavements up to 25cm in depth by adding precise metered binders and mixing water and pavement materials for regeneration of all asphalt pavements, all in one step . The traditional process of road maintenance, the need to first pavement milling and then re-paving asphalt concrete. This road maintenance process not only consumes a large amount of material, wastes a lot of energy, but also caused some adverse effects on the ecological environment. However, the recycling of used roads to waste roads should be applied to the construction and maintenance of truth so as to avoid land occupation of waste materials and environmental pollution, reduce consumption of materials such as stone, asphalt and cement, and reduce road construction costs.
