[目的]建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定联苯肼酯的定量分析方法。[方法]采用CN HPLC液谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比20∶28∶52)为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,选择230 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数0.999 95,标准偏差为0.29,平均回收率为99.89%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of bifenazate by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] With CN HPLC column, the mobile phase was methanol - acetonitrile - water (20:28:52 by volume), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, 230 nm was selected as the detection wavelength . [Result] The linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 95, the standard deviation was 0.29 and the average recovery rate was 99.89%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
