病例报告黄××,男性,41岁,已婚,住院号4430。因血丝痰4个月,右胸背右上肢疼痛3个月,由某肿瘤医院等医院诊为Ⅲ上/(?)涂(-)进展期。于1980年6月27日而收本院肺科住院。患者于3月起,少许咳嗽,咽喉不适,并见痰带血丝,4月始右胸背疼痛,右上肢麻木感,疼痛、活动困难,右侧面、颈部无汗。体查见右眼裂比左侧较缩小,瞳孔等大,眼球运动正常,心、肺物理检查无特殊。白细胞总数6,000,分类:中性70%、淋巴30%;红细胞总数322万,血红蛋白11克%,痰查抗
Case report Huang X, male, 41 years old, married, hospital number 4430.
