目的了解深圳市福田区出生缺陷的发生率及变化趋势、常见出生缺陷的种类及变化情况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对2003-2008年的出生缺陷监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果6年出生缺陷平均发生率为21.89‰,出生缺陷总发生率的变化呈逐步上升趋势(χ2=22.80,P=0.000),其中主要为流动人口出生缺陷发生率上升(χ2=23.67,P=0.000)。流动人口出生缺陷发生率高于常住人口(χ2=6.83,P=0.033)。出生缺陷前4位依次是先天性心脏病、多指(趾)、唇腭裂、外耳畸形,占出生缺陷的45.90%,其中先天性心脏病发生率和构成比呈上升趋势。结论深圳市福田区的出生缺陷发生率呈逐年上升趋势,应进一步提高产前诊断水平,特别是在妊娠28周前及时诊断和处理先天性心脏病,关注流动人口的孕期保健是降低出生缺陷的关键。 Objective To understand the incidence and trend of birth defects, the types and changes of common birth defects in Futian District, Shenzhen, and provide the basis for making interventions. Methods Retrospective analysis of surveillance data of birth defects from 2003 to 2008. Results The average incidence of birth defects in 6 years was 21.89 ‰, and the total incidence of birth defects showed a gradual upward trend (χ2 = 22.80, P = 0.000). The incidence of birth defects was mainly increased in floating population (χ2 = 23.67, P = 0.000). The incidence of birth defects in floating population was higher than that in resident population (χ2 = 6.83, P = 0.033). The first four birth defects were congenital heart disease, multiple fingers (toes), cleft lip and palate, the outer ear deformity, accounting for 45.90% of birth defects, of which the incidence of congenital heart disease and constitute an upward trend. Conclusion The incidence of birth defects in Futian District of Shenzhen City has been increasing year by year. The prenatal diagnosis should be further improved, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease before 28 weeks of gestation.
