回顾了黄河水土保持生态工程浑河流域乌兰察布市项目区建设监理的实践,介绍了水土保持生态建设工程监理的特点和方法、小流域综合治理和治沟骨干工程的监理过程以及所取得的治理成效与监理效果。通过2002～2006年的建设,在参与建设各方的共同努力下,项目区圆满完成了全部下达的计划任务。针对今后项目建设与管护存在的问题,提出了积极的意见与建议。
Reviewed the practice of construction supervision in the project area of Wulanchabu in Hunhe River Basin of the Yellow River water and soil conservation ecology project, introduced the characteristics and methods of soil and water conservation ecological construction project supervision, the supervision of comprehensive management of small watersheds and the treatment of key projects of trench- The effectiveness of governance and supervision effect. Through the construction from 2002 to 2006, with the joint efforts of all parties involved in the construction, the project area successfully completed all the planned tasks assigned.
