本文报导了用无梯度内循环反应器在常压和320-380-(温度范围内,在稳态下测量铁酸盐尖晶石催化剂上丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯反应各组分分压和反应速度;推导出与催化剂还原一再氧化机理相应的丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯反应动力学方程.并用非线性最小二乘法拟合所测得的动力学实验数据,估算出各反应速度常数的指前因子和活化能等参数.
This paper reports the use of a gradientless internal recycle reactor at atmospheric pressure and 320-380- (temperature range, measured in the steady state ferrite spinel catalyst butadiene oxidation dehydrogenation of butadiene reaction components Pressure and reaction rate, the kinetic equation of butadiene oxidation by oxidative dehydrogenation of butylene was deduced, which was related to the mechanism of repeated oxidation of catalyst. The kinetic experimental data were fitted by nonlinear least square method, Exponential factor and activation energy of velocity constants and other parameters.
