目前我国沸腾炉常用的几种风帽,技术性能差,结构不合理,长期以来给锅炉安全稳定运行造成了许多不利影响,难以适应沸腾护发展形势的需要,如常见的高温烧毁、机械损伤、折断和自行脱落,密孔风帽平板变形,风孔缩小堵塞等,布置不当还会造成严重后果。1994年在一台4t/h沸腾炉的改造时曾碰到因风帽设计布置过密的问题(间隙20mm)。锅炉投入运行后,炉底沉渣卡在风口处,把风孔阻塞导致锅炉无法正常运行。在总结国内常用几种风帽特点的基础上,我们进行了改革和创新,设计了一种新型斜孔弧面风帽于1995
