本文叙述用电磁感应法非破坏地测量渗层深度的基本原理,概要地介绍仪器的结构特点,讨论了频率、温度等对测量结果的影响。我们在生产线上测量了试样以及齿轮、活塞销的渗层深度。试验结果表明:对于试样的测试精度较高,而淬火齿轮的心部硬度对测量结果有明显的影响。
This paper describes the basic principle of non-destructive measurement of the depth of infiltration layer using electromagnetic induction method, introduces the structural characteristics of the instrument briefly, and discusses the influence of frequency and temperature on the measurement results. We measured the depth of the specimen and the depth of penetration of the gear and piston pin on the production line. The test results show that the test precision is high for the sample and the hardness of the heart of the quenched gear has a significant effect on the measurement result.
