我们对1989—1990两年中37例临床确诊胃癌的活检标本用直接法进行染色体分析,同时用16例胃炎、胃息肉、胃溃疡患者的活检标本作同样分析。结果表明:胃癌活检标本染色体分析与活检标本细胞学诊断结果基本相符,其中16例已手术病人与前二者诊断完全相同。现将方法及结果报告如下: 材料与方法: 每例在纤维胃镜下取病变区组织活检标本三块,用小手术剪彻底剪碎或用干洁玻片压碎;用Hank’s液(或等渗盐水)将标本洗入刻度离心管,少许沉渣用0.075M KCl液低渗20分钟,用3:1甲醇、冰乙酸
We analyzed the biopsy specimens of 37 clinically diagnosed gastric cancers in the two years from 1989 to 1990 by direct chromosome analysis. Simultaneous analysis was performed on 16 biopsy specimens of patients with gastritis, gastric polyps, and gastric ulcers. The results showed that the chromosomal analysis of biopsy specimens of gastric cancer was basically consistent with the cytological diagnosis of biopsy specimens, of which 16 cases of surgical patients had the same diagnosis as the previous two.
