汽车化油器有的叫气化器,是锌合金铸件,熔点低,约400℃左右。化油器的进出油接头的丝口部分最容易损坏,一经损坏就不能用,甚至报废。为此,对化油器进出油的丝口损坏部分采用了丝口外壁加衬套和化油器(除要补焊的部分外)所有空间部分垫紧石棉粉(如无石棉粉,可用湿黄土代替)的焊补法,取得了满意的效果。经过八年多的实践证明,此方法操作简便,质量好,加工强度高,没有气孔,得到司机和修理工的好评。
