应用免疫胶体金银法(IGSS),对电针效应及P物质(SP)与5-羟色胺(5-HT)体外孵育淋巴细胞的SP与5-HT受体的影响进行了观察,并分为电针、纳洛酮阻断电针和对照三组进行对比研究.结果表明,对照组淋巴细胞在无外界条件影响下,细胞表面可见棕黑色颗粒,其反应强弱不一,有的稀疏、散在,有的则密集或呈帽状.在电针效应或外加SP与5-HT孵育的条件下,淋巴细胞表面的反应颗粒均可增多(P<0.5),纳洛酮可阻断此作用.提示淋巴细胞表面有SP和5-HT受体存在,且电针效应及SP与5-HT体外孵育对其免疫反应有影响,其机制可能是通过淋巴细胞本身释放免疫性阿片样肽实现的.

There are SP and 5-HT receptors on the surface of lymphocytes, and the electro-acupuncture effect and the effect of SP and 5-HT incubation on their immune responses may be mediated through the release of immunogenic opioid peptides from lymphocytes themselves.
