1.前言新干线自1964年开业以来,至1971年虽保持了比较安全的运输,但到1972年以后,运输故障却显著增加。尤其是1974年,由于发生许多运输故障,经常打乱列车运行图,曾受到运输大臣“关于确保新干线安全的警告”。为此,在立即采取“新干线安全紧急措施”的同时,还决定推行确保新干线安全的长远措施。与此同时,于1974年10月成立了“新干线综合调查委员会”,负责对有关提高行车安全
1. Introduction Since the Shinkansen opened its doors in 1964, safer shipping was maintained by 1971, but shipping problems increased significantly after 1972.
