对3Cr3Mo3W2V钢中的马氏体和3种(B+M)复合组织回火后的高温力学性能,热疲劳性能及断裂韧度进行了研究,讨论了下贝氏体对韧度的影响。试验表明,下贝氏体马氏体复合组织具有较高的二次硬化效应。500℃回火后具有较高的塑性和韧度,但经600℃回火会使下贝氏体的韧度和塑性下降。
The high temperature mechanical properties, thermal fatigue properties and fracture toughness of martensite and three kinds of (B + M) composite after tempering in 3Cr3Mo3W2V steel were studied. The effect of lower bainite on the toughness was also discussed. Experiments show that lower bainite martensite composite tissue has a higher secondary hardening effect. Tempering at 500 ℃ with high plasticity and toughness, but after 600 ℃ tempering will lower the toughness and ductility of bainite.
