“先学后教,有效达成”是构建高效课堂的一种教学模式,但绝不能将之模式化。“先学后教,有效达成”的本质就在于以本校的学情为出发点,设定大致的课堂教学环节,各位教师结合自己班级的实际情况,因材施教,有针对性地完成每一节课的教学,实现课堂的有效、高效。我校于2012年起,开展以“先学后教,有效达成”为主题的省课改研究,在此三年的时间里,课改模式逐渐成熟、不断完善,给我们教师的教学生涯有很大的启示。下面,我谈
