文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等方法,以辽宁省第八届少数民族传统体育运动会作为研究对象,对辽宁省第八届少数民族传统体育运动会的运动员练习时间、参与动机、运动致趣以及发展阻碍等现状进行调查,以期更为深入地了解辽宁省少数民族传统体育的开展现状,为促进未来辽宁省少数民族传统体育运动会的发展奠定坚实的基础。
