我国高职院校成人教育作为整个国家教育事业的一部分,在新形势下面临难以破解的发展难题,亟待引入全新的发展思路和方法。笔者结合自身的工作经验,就我国高职院校成人教育现状进行论述,并结合时代发展需求提出未来成人教育发展的创新策略,助推高职院校成人教育未来持续发展。
Adult education in higher vocational colleges in our country, as a part of the entire country’s education, is facing an unbreakable development problem in the new situation. It is urgent to introduce new development ideas and methods. Based on my work experience, the author discusses the status quo of adult education in higher vocational colleges in our country and puts forward some innovative strategies for the development of adult education in the light of the development of the times to boost the sustainable development of adult education in higher vocational colleges.
