目的:观察三种剂量氢氯噻嗪与卡托普利联合降压的效果及对代谢的影响。方法:入选病例随机双盲分为I、II、III组,分别服用氢氯噻嗪6.25mg、12.5mg、25mg,每日二次;同时,三组均加服卡托普利从l2.5mg开始,根据降压效果最大剂量逐渐增至50mg,每日二次;疗程中氢氯噻嗪剂量不变;疗程均为8周。测定治疗前后血压、相关代谢指标。结果:I组总有效率为74%,II组总有效率为94%,III组总有效率为92%。降压总有效率,I组与II、III组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);II组与III组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);三组治疗前后血糖、血尿酸、血钾比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:与卡托普利联合降压,氢氯噻嗪剂量以12.5mg和25mg为宜。
Objective: To observe the effects of three doses of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril combined with antihypertensive effect on metabolism. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups: I, II and III, taking hydrochlorothiazide 6.25mg, 12.5mg and 25mg twice daily respectively. At the same time, all the three groups took captopril from 12.5mg, The maximum dose of antihypertensive effect gradually increased to 50mg, twice daily; hydrochlorothiazide dose unchanged; treatment were 8 weeks. Determination of blood pressure before and after treatment, related metabolic indicators. Results: The total effective rate in group I was 74%, the total effective rate in group II was 94%, and the total effective rate in group III was 92%. (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group II and group III (p> 0.05). The levels of blood glucose and serum uric acid in three groups before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in group II , Serum potassium, the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Conclusion: In combination with captopril, the dosage of hydrochlorothiazide should be 12.5mg and 25mg.
