测定139名正常临产妇及相应的新生儿脐血清锌、红细胞锌,同时评定新生儿体格发育指标。结果表明,母亲孕晚期血清锌水平下降,达11.82±2.34μmol/L,脐血清锌为18.73±3.02μomol/L,母、脐血清锌显著正相关。而母红细胞锌增加,为212.44±26.7μol/L,脐红细胞锌则为34.92±8.67μmol/L,且与新生儿出生体重、身长、头围呈显著正相关。提示脐红细胞锌对评价新生儿锌营养状况及其与生长发育的关系有一定应用价值。
Determination of 139 normal mothers and corresponding neonatal umbilical serum zinc, erythrocyte zinc, while assessing neonatal physical development. The results showed that maternal serum zinc levels in the third trimester of pregnancy dropped to 11.82 ± 2.34μmol / L, umbilical serum zinc was 18.73 ± 3.02μomol / L, maternal and umbilical serum zinc significantly positive correlation. However, the increase of zinc in maternal cells was 212.44 ± 26.7μol / L, while that in umbilical red cells was 34.92 ± 8.67μmol / L, which was positively correlated with birth weight, body length and head circumference. Tip umbilical red blood cells of zinc to assess the status of zinc nutrition and its relationship with the growth and development of a certain value.
