为确定急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)细胞可否苏丹黑E(SBB)阳性,作者复审了350例新近诊断的ALL,发现有6例(1.6%)SBB阳性。瑞氏-姬姆萨染色时白血病细胞形态均属典型的原始淋巴细胞,其中4例为L1、2例为L2。白血病细胞的SBB阳性率皆大于5%,最高达64%,过氧化物酶(pox)及氯代醋酸酯酶皆阴性,6例普通ALL抗原检查均阳性;1例胞浆免疫球蛋白阳性;1例对抗非淋巴表面抗原的单克隆抗体不起反应;E玫瑰花结,T细胞表面抗原(T101)、表面免疫球蛋白皆阴性。染色体分析均无ph~1或与急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)有关的异常;1例患者有无效的免疫球蛋白基因重组。所有这6例患者用ALL治疗方案反应良好,均获完全缓解。
To determine whether ALL cells are positive for Sudan Black E (SBB), the authors reviewed 350 newly diagnosed ALL and found 6 (1.6%) positive for SBB. Wright - Giemsa leukemia cell morphology are typical of primitive lymphocytes, including 4 cases of L1, 2 cases of L2. The positive rate of SBB in leukemia cells was more than 5%, up to 64%, both pox and chloroacetate were negative, 6 cases of common ALL antigen were positive; 1 case of cytoplasmic immunoglobulin positive; One case did not respond to the monoclonal antibody against the non-lymphoid surface antigen; E rosette, T cell surface antigen (T101), and surface immunoglobulin were all negative. None of the chromosomal analyzes had ph1 or abnormalities associated with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL); 1 patient had an inactive immunoglobulin gene recombination. All 6 patients responded well with ALL treatment and achieved complete remission.
