随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,企业职工教育的立足点也发生了很大的变化,职工岗位培训成了企业教育工作的重点和主要方面。从理论上讲,这种变化适应了企业生产经营的需要,能够及时满足职工对技能学习的愿望,提高获取更多直接利益的能力,积极性应该是饱满的。然而冷静、客观地分析各企业培训工作的现状,却是学者寥寥、门可罗雀,即使是来者也是无所用心、被动应付。完全没有五十年代中和八十年代初那种人人求学、个个求知的热烈场景。据笔者观察,其原因在于职工学习的积极性没有调动起来。
With the establishment of the socialist market economic system, the foothold of enterprise staff education has also undergone great changes. Staff training has become the key and major aspect of enterprise education. In theory, this change has adapted to the needs of enterprises ’production and management. It can meet the employees’ desire to learn skills promptly and improve their ability to obtain more direct benefits. The enthusiasm should be full. However, a calm and objective analysis of the current status of training in various enterprises, but it is only a handful of scholars, no one else, even those who are careless, passive response. There is absolutely no such kind of scene that everyone in the mid-1950s and early 1980s wanted to learn and all wanted to know. According to the author’s observation, the reason is that staff enthusiasm for learning has not been mobilized.
