采用挤压铸造方法研究了压力对Al-Mg合金组织和性能的影响,确定了获得合格铸件所需的最小压力。结果表明:随着压力的升高,Al-6%Mg合金的机械性能提高。对Al-6%Mg合金,其最低压力值应大于85MPa,才能获得组织致密的铸件;压力可提高β(Al3Mg2)相在α(Al)中的溶解度;在一定压力条件下,随着Mg含量的提高,挤压铸造Al-Mg合金的强度升高而延伸率下降。
The effect of pressure on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg alloy was studied by squeeze casting method, and the minimum pressure required to obtain qualified castings was determined. The results show that the mechanical properties of Al-6% Mg alloy increase with the increase of pressure. For Al-6% Mg alloy, the minimum pressure value should be greater than 85MPa, to obtain dense castings; pressure can improve the solubility of β (Al3Mg2) phase in α (Al); under certain pressure conditions, The strength of squeeze cast Al-Mg alloy increases and the elongation decreases.
