江苏省丹阳市金桥村已故党总支书记张雅琴,自2000年7月任职后,千方百计发展集体经济,一心一意带领群众脱贫致富。经过10年不懈努力,使这个当时人均纯收入不足5000元、集体欠债28万元的穷山村,2010年人均纯收入提高到1.5万元左右。为实现“小康路上,不能让一户掉队”的目标,她坚持开展“党员联户帮富”活动,帮助贫困家庭发展致富项目。
Zhang Yaqin, secretary general of the late Party branch of Jinqiao Village, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, has worked hard to develop the collective economy since July 2000 and is dedicated to bringing the masses out of poverty and becoming rich. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, the current average per capita net income of less than 5,000 yuan, the collective debt of 280,000 yuan in poor mountain village in 2010 per capita net income increased to 15,000 yuan.
