本文主要是针对中职卫生学校后进生存在的文化素质、自制能力、心理素质、纪律等方面的问题,谈谈班主任进行转化工作的几点方法。班主任用爱心去感化后进生,用真诚去关爱后进生,对后进生理解尊重,与后进生平等交流,增强后进生的自信心,适当给后进生施压,创造条件发挥后进生的潜能,就一定能促使后进生向好的方向转化并得到全身心的发展。
