辽宁作为东北三省的领头羊,其成功振兴与否对于振兴东北老工业基地具有战略意义。企业创新是振兴发展的关键,而成功的企业创新文化的发展是企业改革创新的基石。观念文化,则为创新文化的发展起到根本性的选择与导向作用。作者通过对辽宁省十二家不同类型企业进行问卷调查、实地调研等工作,明确了辽宁省企业创新文化发展的现状和存在的问题。本文主要立足于观念文化,结合所得数据,探讨其对辽宁企业创新文化建设的影响。调查研究发现:员工尝试创新的观念较为保守,缺少冒险精神;管理人员在企业创新文化形成的自我定位过于被动。针对这些问题,本文提出解决对策,旨在企业和政府相关决策提供科学依据。
As the leader of the three northeastern provinces, Liaoning has a strategic significance for the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base. Corporate innovation is the key to revitalizing development, and the development of a successful corporate innovation culture is the cornerstone of corporate innovation. Conceptual culture plays a fundamental role in the development of innovative culture. The author made a questionnaire survey and field research on 12 different types of enterprises in Liaoning Province, and clarified the status quo and existing problems of the development of enterprise innovation culture in Liaoning Province. This article mainly based on the concept of culture, combined with the data obtained to explore its impact on the construction of innovation culture in Liaoning enterprises. The investigation and research found that: employees’ ideas of attempting to innovate are more conservative and lack the spirit of risk-taking; the self-positioning of managers in the corporate innovation culture is too passive. In response to these problems, this paper proposes solutions to provide scientific basis for decision-making by enterprises and governments.
