建筑工程项目是一项比较复杂的工程,涉及到多个专业领域,并且有很多的子系统工程项目,需要大量人力物力财力成本投入。而且施工工期较长,也增加了建筑工程项目在施工中的不可确定性,这种不可确定性也会带来施工成本的增加,因此工程造价超预算的情况也时有发生,施工工期也会受到影响。这种情况下,如果工程造价预算不合理,就会出现纠纷,施工企业的经济利益就会受到影响,其市场竞争力也会下降。我国目前工程造价超预算的情况屡见不鲜,所以很有必要对其原因进行系统的分析,并且制定合理的解决对策。
