通过场激活加压燃烧合成技术,采用不同钨碳摩尔比例的反应体系,来致密化碳化钨材料。研究了温度、反应物组成对产物组成、密度和显微硬度的影响,结果表明,最终产物的相对密度在81.1%和84.2%之间,样品在9.8N作用下的维氏硬度在731和498kg·mm-2之间。
Activation by pressure field combustion synthesis technology, the use of different tungsten and carbon molar ratio of the reaction system to densification of tungsten carbide material.
