股票期货的的诞生使我国的证券市场结束了单边市的时代,使证券市场的功能更加完整。本文选取沪深300股指期货2013至2014年的发展情况进行分析,浅谈其对我国股票市场产生的积极和负面影响提出简要的解决措施和建议。
The birth of stock futures has ended the era of unilateral market in China’s stock market and made the stock market function more complete. This paper analyzes the development of Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 stock index futures from 2013 to 2014, and briefly discusses its positive and negative impact on China’s stock market and puts forward some simple solutions and suggestions.
