土地流转是农村实现规模经济,发展中国特色现代化农业,提高农民自身收入的有效途径,也是适应中国农村生产力发展,加快城乡经济发展一体化的必然要求.全国许多地区都在充分调动农民积极性、主动性和创造性的前提下积极探索土地流转的有效途径,文章试图从发达地区在农村土地流转模式中找到一些新疆可以借鉴的经验.
