目的 :观察在外加磁场作用下 ,磁性平阳霉素微球 (MPMs)在体内分布情况。方法 :设定新西兰白兔头部为一靶区 ,外加磁场 ,经兔耳缘静脉注射 MPMs,观察 MPMs在体内分布情况。并观察外加磁场强度及时间对微球在靶区定位的影响。结果 :经外加磁场作用下的 MPMs有较好的靶向分布性 ,且与外加磁场作用的时间、强度相平行。结论 :MPMs可能是治疗海绵状血管瘤的较为理想剂型。
Objective : To observe the distribution of magnetic pingyangmycin microspheres (MPMs) under the influence of an external magnetic field. METHODS: New Zealand white rabbits were set as a target area and an external magnetic field was applied. MPMs were injected into rabbit ear veins to observe the distribution of MPMs in the body. Observe the influence of the applied magnetic field intensity and time on the localization of the microspheres in the target area. Results: The MPMs under the applied magnetic field had better target distribution and paralleled the time and intensity of the applied magnetic field. Conclusion : MPMs may be the ideal choice for the treatment of cavernous hemangiomas.
