目的探讨铅对W istar大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法腹腔注射染毒,隔天染毒1次,染毒浓度分别为60、30、10、0 mg/kg。2周后,处死动物,测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(Chol)、高密度胆固醇(HDLc)、低密度胆固醇(LDLc)、极低密度胆固醇(VLD-Lc)指标。结果与对照组比较,低剂量组、高剂量组的TG与VLDLc差异有统计学意义;中剂量组、高剂量组的HDLc差异有统计学意义;低、中、高剂量组的Chol差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LDLc各实验组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铅对W istar大鼠的脂代谢有一定程度的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of lead on lipid metabolism in Wistar rats. Methods Intraperitoneal injection of poisoning, exposure to the next day 1, exposure concentrations were 60,30,10,0 mg / kg. After 2 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and serum TG, Chol, HDLc, LDLc and VLD-Lc were measured.
