在世界金融危机,国家拉动内需,加大基建投入的大背景下,良好的合同管理可以避免、预防或减少各种纠纷、损失,使工程建设有序,为企业带来经济效益。本文通过分析施工企业合同管理的概念、特点,以及合同管理在责任成本管理中的地位和作用,结合责任成本管理的六个关键环节,分别着重阐述了实施责任成本管理过程中合同管理的工作要点和应用实施,促使施工企业责任成本管理各责任单元的实施操作规范、执行有力,建立可持续的创利和创誉运行机制。
